Job summary

NaphCare is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team serving the Arizona Department of Corrections facilities in Eyman, Tucson, and Yuma. The role involves working in a secure environment with a focus on assessing and treating inmates to improve mobility and function using exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.

Qualifications

• Requires active Physical Therapist license in the practicing state
• Active BLS/CPR Certification (AHA preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required
• Excellent verbal and written communication and compassion for patients
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines
• Ability to interact with patients from diverse backgrounds including those with mental health or substance use issues
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and codes of conduct
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
