Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents patient evaluation, including history taking and physical examination.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests.
• Writes orders for medications and treatments under licensure guidelines.
• May perform invasive procedures as necessary.
• D ictates discharge summaries and transfer orders.
• Maintains and follows patient care protocols.
