NaphCare is hiring Nursing Assistants and Patient Care Technicians for the Eyman Facility in Florence, AZ. You will work under RNs in a secure correctional environment, assisting with examinations, vital signs, histories, and basic patient care.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time positions possibly available. Candidates must pass background checks and drug screening and may pursue BLS CPR certification; growth opportunities are emphasized within the company.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS CPR Certification (AHA preferred) must be obtained.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse patients.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing assistant and patient care technician support under RN supervision.
• Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, histories and basic medication-related tasks.
• Support ADLs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility and patient education.
