NaphCare is hiring Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our medical team in Florence, AZ at ASPC - Eyman. We offer pay ranging from $65.00 to $71.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time positions potentially available.

Qualifications

• Advanced nursing education (Master's or Doctorate) required.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Must hold a current unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in Arizona.
• Current DEA registration.
• Collaborative agreement with on-site Physician.
• Active BLS/CPR Certification (AHA).
• Board certification recognized by ABMS.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in correctional or acute care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical examinations and develop treatment plans.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, hypertension, diabetes).
• Administer medications and provide patient instructions.
• Document patient health and vital signs.
• Provide direct patient care, triage and care coordination.
• Respond to emergencies and arrange transport when needed.
• Educate patients on prevention and healthy living.
• Adhere to correctional facility security protocols.
