Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college or university with a master's degree in social work, Psychology, or a related clinical area.
• 5 years of clinical experience, including 2 years in a comparable job position.
• Possess appropriate LPC, LCSW, LMFT certification in Oklahoma.
• BLS AHA certification preferred.
• Social Security card and valid driver's license required.
