Responsibilities

• Enter patient information into electronic systems and maintain filing systems.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of medical documentation.
• Handle requests for medical information with HIPAA compliance.
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail, calls, and messages related to records.
• Create, update, and organize inmate medical records.
