• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality of medical documentation.
• Handle requests for medical information from authorized parties while adhering to HIPAA and privacy regulations.
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail, answer phones, and relay messages related to medical records.
• Create and organize inmate medical records, including assembling and disassembling files.
• Perform routine clerical tasks as assigned.
