Job summary

NaphCare, Inc. is hiring LPNs/LVNs to join our team in Tucson, AZ where we manage healthcare for individuals incarcerated in the Arizona Department of Corrections - Tucson. Pay ranges from $32.00 to $34.00 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

New grads are encouraged to apply; complete orientation and training provided in the correctional healthcare setting. Part-time roles may be available and benefits are offered for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Active LPN/LVN license in state of practice
• Be able to obtain BLS CPR Certification (AHA)
• Strong patient-care and documentation skills
• Criminal background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and record health histories
• Take vital signs and monitor physical health
• Administer medications and injections; monitor reactions
• Manage medical records in TechCare EMR
• Provide emergency first aid and discharge planning
