Location & Position

Location: Alamance County Jail

Position: Full-Time LPN or RN

Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift Rotation, 6 am - 6 pm, with alternating weekends

Sign-on & Retention Bonuses available

Responsibilities

1. Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within the scope of practice and guidelines provided by physicians/providers.
2. Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
3. Follow established treatment plans.
4. Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking skills.
