Correctional LPN Nurse Nights at Southern Health Partners, Inc.

Join our team as a Correctional LPN Nurse (Nights) at Southern Health Partners, Inc.

Location: Beaver County Detention Center

Open Position: LPN

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday EVO, Weekend (6pm to 6:30am)

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms and progress, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within the scope of practice and guidelines set by state and physicians.
• Administer prescribed medications according to standards and regulations.
• Follow established treatment plans.
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking.
