Join Our Team as a Correctional LPN or RN (Nights) at Southern Health Partners, Inc.

We are seeking dedicated Correctional LPN or RN to work night shifts at Richland County Jail. This full-time position offers a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and benefits.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3 - 12-hour shifts
• Open Position: RN or LPN
• Location: Richland County Jail

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, and chart results
• Establish nursing plans and work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines
• Administer prescribed medications following standards and regulations
• Follow established treatment plans and perform emergency interventions and physical assessments
