Correctional LPN Nurse Days at Southern Health Partners, Inc.

Join our team as a Correctional LPN Nurse Days at Southern Health Partners, Inc.

Located at Montgomery County Jail, this full-time position offers a 3/4 schedule with 12-hour day shifts, including EVO weekends. We provide sign-on and retention bonuses.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering patient care, evaluating symptoms, reactions, and progress, charting results, establishing nursing plans, and working within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines under physician/provider supervision.
• Administering prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Following established treatment plans.
• Performing emergency interventions, physical assessments, and applying critical thinking skills.
