Job summary
NaphCare, Inc. is hiring LPNs/LVNs to join our team at the Alabama Therapeutic Education Facility in Columbiana, AL. Full-time evenings and nights positions available, working with correctional healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to incarcerated individuals.

Qualifications
- Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Active state LPN/LVN license.
- BLS CPR certification.
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse patients.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Pass the facility background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and interview patients about current health problems and medication history.
- Take vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
- Provide wound care, including cleaning and dressing injured areas.
- Administer medications and monitor patient reactions.
- Maintain medical records in the TechCare electronic health record.
- Observe patient health and mental health status; provide emergency first aid.
