Job summary

MindCare Solutions is seeking Licensed Mental Health Providers (LCSW, LPC, LMHP) for correctional on-site work in Hudson, CO. Schedule is part-time or full-time, dayshift, compensation negotiable.

You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, and ensure compliance with correctional healthcare standards. The role requires CO licensure, a Master’s in a behavioral health field, and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in CO as mental health provider.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years clinical experience; correctional or forensic preferred.
• Experience with assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment knowledge.
• Strong documentation and EHR familiarity.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary team in secure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pass background checks and credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for incarcerated individuals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with care team.
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based methods.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Perform crisis intervention and suicide risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulations.
• Collaborate with medical staff, correctional officers, and others for safe care.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with correctional healthcare standards.
• Provide psychoeducation and coordinate with community providers on release.
• Maintain professional boundaries and safety in the facility.
