Responsibilities

• Oversee first-line supervision of correctional staff.
• Serve as Officer-in-Charge in absence of the Captain.
• Assist with personnel actions, admin tasks, and shift scheduling.
• Coordinate discipline, security, and welfare of inmates.
• Conduct inspections to ensure discipline and proper assignments.
