Lancer Hospitality in Georgetown, TX is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for the correctional facility kitchen team. As a cook supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise the work of employees to ensure efficiency and adherence to established standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In this role you will instruct and train employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation, ensure meals begin on time, and verify portions, appearance and temperature meet high quality

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume setting.
• Thorough knowledge of proper culinary methods and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Experience supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation.
• Ensuring meal services begin on time.
