You will directly supervise the production and service of meals, ensuring adherence to recipes and contractual obligations, and you will oversee meal prep, portioning, and quality standards in a correctional facility environment.

This full-time, onsite role requires proven experience managing staff, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
