Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to supervise inmates in a kitchen, train workers, and ensure meals meet production plans and safety standards. You will oversee sanitation, safety, and adherence to Aramark guidelines while coordinating tasks to optimize operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in food prep, supervisory experience, and the ability to obtain required security clearance for work in a correctional facility.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Minimum of one year of food prep or related work preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Background check required.
• Must qualify for and maintain correctional facility security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production guidelines and logs.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service and compliance with guidelines.
• Train inmates on Aramark recipes and cooking procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and safety procedures in HACCP-compliant environment.
