Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to supervise inmates in a correctional kitchen, train staff, and coordinate food preparation to meet production plans. You will ensure sanitation and safety compliance while maintaining efficient meal service according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of food prep or related work preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and supervise inmates in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and maintain production guidelines and logs.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service and compliance with Aramark guidelines.
• Direct inmates in using recipes and proper cooking procedures.
• Ensure proper portions and dietary requirements are fulfilled.
• Maintain security by following policies and keeping areas secured.
