Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to supervise inmates in a jail kitchen, train staff, and coordinate production to meet plans and safety standards. You will help maintain sanitation and safe operation in a correctional facility environment.

The role involves directing daily activities, managing schedules, and supporting catering events as needed, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and teamwork at Butler County Jail.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to train and mentor other workers.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a correctional facility setting.

Responsabilités

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities and supervise employees.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and inventory per procedures.
• Ensure proper storage, serving, and logging of food items.
• Train/mentor other food service workers and coordinates events.
• Perform occasional cashier duties and participate in meetings.
