Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our Raeford, NC kitchen team in a fast-paced correctional facility environment. You will prepare high-quality meals with a focus on scratch cooking and portion control, supporting a motivated staff dedicated to safety and service.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of culinary experience in high-volume settings, strong kitchen technique, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume setting with scratch cooking.
• Strong knowledge of culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate diverse kitchen equipment and distinguish food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
