Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of full-time work experience in one or more of the recognized building trades (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry, or concrete).
• HVAC experience preferred for this HVAC trades leader role.
• Ability to lead incarcerated individuals in maintenance tasks and repair activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced journey-level work and supervise incarcerated workers in the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to state policies while performing trade duties.
