Job summary

Anson Correctional Institution seeks an HVAC Supervisor (NS) to lead maintenance of air-conditioning and cooling systems within a multi-custody female facility. Reporting to the Maintenance/Construction Supervisor IV, you will supervise HVAC mechanics and design smaller air-conditioning solutions.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 3 years journey-level HVAC experience, and EPA Type I/II/III or Universal certification.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required; up to three years journey level HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification (Type I/II/III or Universal) required per regulations.
• Background check and drug screen required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Supervise HVAC Mechanics and review work品質; design smaller HVAC systems.
• Review contractor work and ensure compliant, efficient operation.
• Work flexible hours beyond standard shift as needed.
