Qualifications

• Possession of an unencumbered RN license from the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
• Seven years of supervision/management experience; OR four years of related experience and a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Direct the medical services program at a state operated correctional facility.
• Supervise all institution medical care positions and on-site physicians as applicable.
• Plan and direct treatment plans and clinical/non-clinical duties.
• Ensure compliance with policy, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate care delivery, emergencies, and medical records.
