FirstClass Healthcare in Georgia seeks a Health Services Administrator to oversee a 24/7 correctional healthcare program, ensuring compliance with ACA, NCCHC, HIPAA and Joint Commission standards. You will lead medical, dental, and mental health teams, drive operational efficiency, and maintain high-quality patient care.

The role requires a nursing or healthcare administration background, strong leadership, budget and contract management, and extensive experience in high-security healthcare

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Three years of progressive management or leadership experience.
• Three years of admin and clinical experience in correctional healthcare or acute care.
• RN or NP licensure in GA and BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees 24/7 operation in a correctional facility to meet healthcare standards.
• Establishes quality measures and continuous improvement.
• Manages financial and statistical data to identify improvements.
• Supervises subcontracted services (pharmacy, lab, x-ray, etc.).
• Maintains communication with facility administration, staff, contractors and external agencies.
• Manages staff recruitment, orientation, evaluations and development.
• Conducts staff meetings to ensure cross-shift communication.
• Ensures compliance with licensure, accreditation and reporting requirements.
• Monitors healthcare utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Represents the program with external partners and accreditation bodies.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in nursing

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration

Three years of progressive management experience

Three years of administrative/clinical experience in correctional or acute care

RN or NP licensure in Georgia

BLS certification
