Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the IAH Detention Center in Livingston, Texas, and is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver nursing care under physician oversight. You will follow nursing standards, direct patient care, and collaborate with the medical team to ensure quality detainee health services.

The role requires Texas NP licensure, CPR, and DEA registration as applicable, with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited program and Texas NP licensure required.
• Two to five years of experience recommended, preferably in a correctional or emergency setting.
• CPR certification required; DEA registration may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under physician direction and established nursing standards.
• Evaluate outcomes, consult specialists, adjust treatment as indicated.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and ensure HIPAA compliance.
