Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and evaluate inmates assigned to the department.
• Coordinate with facility staff to determine maintenance needs and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee outsourced repairs and ensure compliance with ACA standards, MDOC directives, and safety regulations.
• Maintain management records and develop reports for contractual compliance.
