NaphCare, Inc. is seeking a part-time Dentist to provide dental care at the Kilby Correctional Facility in Montgomery, AL. You will work with a team of professionals in a controlled environment where security is a priority and patient needs are diverse.

The role requires a DDS or equivalent, a valid Alabama dental license, and active BLS CPR. You will diagnose, treat, educate, and maintain records while adhering to policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• DDS or equivalent required.
• Experience in clinical dentistry and correctional settings preferred.
• Active dental license in Alabama.
• Current DEA registration.
• BLS CPR certification (AHA preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and provide preventative dental care.
• Create treatment plans and perform procedures (extractions, restorations).
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with other medical staff to address oral health needs.
