Responsibilities

• Collects, reports and documents data: vital signs, height/weight, intake and output.
• Assists with medication distribution under supervision and in accordance with policies.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living: grooming, hygiene, nutrition and mobility.
• Maintains a safe, secure and confidential care environment within a correctional facility.
• Performs related duties as assigned by nursing staff.
