Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) at the North Central Correctional Complex in Marion, Ohio is seeking a religious programs leader. The role involves creating and managing all religious programs within the facility and serving as the main liaison for outside religious groups.

You will regularly interact with inmates to provide moral and religious instruction, promote positive social behavior, and maintain accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years religious or related experience required.
• Current ecclesiastical endorsement by denomination or ordination, completion of clinical pastoral education.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and implement all religious programs of the facility.
• Serve as the point of contact for outside religious activities, groups requesting admittance.
• Interact with inmates to provide moral and religious instruction.
• Promote positive social skills through modeling behavior and intervening when needed.
• Maintain accountability of inmates and property; adhere to safety practices.
