Management & Training Corporation (MTC) invites applications for a full-time administrative position at the North Central Correctional Complex in Marion, Ohio. The role supports clerical operations, handles correspondence, records, mail, and basic office duties in a secure facility environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year clerical or related experience preferred.
• Experience with word processing and data entry.

Responsabilités

• Type correspondence, reports and letters.
• Proofread material to verify accuracy.
• Maintain records and files.
• Maintain appropriate office supplies for department.
• Operate office equipment, including computers.
• Log and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, answer telephone and convey messages.
• Operate telephone communications and mail handling as assigned.
• Promote the development of positive social skills through modeling appropriate behaviors and intervening when inappropriate behaviors are observed.
• Maintain accountability of inmates and property; adhere to safety practices.
