Job summary

IDOC in Boise, Idaho is hiring a full-time Corrections Case Manager to support clients in corrections or probation/parole settings. You will conduct intake interviews, facilitate groups, administer assessments, and coordinate care with internal and external partners.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, knowledge of treatment programs, proficiency with Office 365, and willingness to work evenings/weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human service principles, rehabilitation, and case management methods.
• Proficiency in data entry, reports, and document storage.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours in correctional settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake interviews and obtain background data.
• Facilitate groups and coordinate care within IDOC and external programs.
• Coordinate service authorizations with IDOC SUD team and support program development.
• Engage with community groups and public agencies to address program needs.
• Administer screening/assessment and prepare reports within deadlines.
