Job summary

Qualifications

• Documented working knowledge of an admission process into a correctional environment or human services program.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret legal commitments/documents, medical data, psychological data, criminal history, social history, and statistics from interviews and written documentation.
• Develop effective treatment plans for offenders including housing, custody, treatment and programming recommendations.
• Understand and follow policy, SOPs, emergency plans, memoranda, legal documents and directives.
• Provide routine supportive counseling and crisis intervention, including suicide prevention per procedures.
• Perform rescue functions during emergencies and secure individuals from confined areas.
