Connecticut Renaissance, Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual to supervise clients daily within our residential program in Connecticut.

You will conduct facility tours, oversee meals, and monitor self-administration of medication, ensuring safety and compliance. The role involves coordinating admissions, conducting routine facility reviews, and supporting staff in incident reporting and client transportation.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or related experience in criminal justice.
• Experience within the criminal justice environment.
• Satisfactory completion of the introductory employment period.

Responsabilités

• Supervise clients daily, facility tours, supervision of meals and monitoring of self-administration of medication.
• Daily facility reviews including cleanliness, safety drills, and grounds safety reviews.
• Coordinate new admissions, including urine collection and distribution of bed linen and toiletries.
• Interface with Department of Corrections contractual agreements and Residential Providers Manual.
