Job summary

Qualified candidates hold LISW, LPCC, or IMFT credentials and have experience with detailed evaluations, crisis services, and community referrals.

Qualifications

• LISW/LPCC/IMFT licensure by the Ohio Board.
• Experience in behavioral health and treatment planning.
• Strong documentation and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes detailed screens, mental health evaluations and crisis services within scope.
• Provides clinical direction to lower-level workers.
• May serve as treatment team coordinator;
• Conducts advanced practice interventions as prescribed by treatment plans.
• Provides clinical case management to an assigned caseload.
• Monitors offender compliance with treatment plans.
• Completes psychosocial assessments as part of interdisciplinary planning.
• Writes discharge summaries and related documentation.
• Consults with institution staff on caseload needs.
• Initiates contact with families and community agencies.
• Provides and seeks care-related information.
• Makes community and re-entry referrals as needed.
• Writes reports and progress notes per policy.
• Attends supervision and in-service trainings.
• Participates in peer review.
