Qualifications

• Licensed credentials for Ohio Board of Counselors/Social Work/Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Clinical experience in behavioral health within a correctional setting preferred.
• Strong documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs detailed mental health evaluations and crisis services within scope.
• Provides clinical direction to lower level workers and may coordinate treatment.
• Conducts advanced practice individual and group interventions per treatment plan.
• Manages a caseload, monitors offender compliance with treatment plan.
• Completes psychosocial assessments and contributes to interdisciplinary planning.
• Documents inmate contacts, progress notes, discharge plans and reports.
• Engages with families and community agencies as appropriate.
• Participates in meetings, trainings, and peer reviews.
