Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed LPC, LSW or LMFT by Ohio board is required.
• Clinical supervision and mental health treatment experience preferred.
• Interdisciplinary team involvement and documentation responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide assigned mental health interventions for a caseload of offenders.
• Conduct mental health screenings and risk assessments including suicide watch when needed.
• Deliver individual and group interventions per treatment plans.
• Maintain psychosocial liaison services and progress notes in electronic records.
• Coordinate with families and community agencies and refer for services.
