Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs screens, mental health evaluations and crisis services within scope of practice.
• Provides clinical direction to lower-level workers.
• Conducts advanced practice interventions and writes treatment documentation.
• Manages a caseload and monitors adherence to mental health treatment plans.
• Collaborates with institution staff on inmate mental health needs and reentry referrals.
• Maintains records, progress notes and discharge plans per policy.
