Formación

• Licensed LISW by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
• Or LPCC by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
• Or Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) by the Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.

Responsabilidades

• Completes detailed screens, mental health evaluations and crisis services within scope of practice.
• Provides clinical direction to lower level workers.
• May serve as treatment team coordinator and conducts advanced clinical interventions as prescribed.
• Provides clinical case management to an assigned caseload and monitors treatment compliance.
• Writes reports, discharge plans and progress notes per policy and protocol.
