Job summary

The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is seeking a Behavioral Healthcare Provider 2 (LISW/LPCC/IMFT) for the Trumbull Correctional facility in Leavittsburg, OH. Starting pay is approximately $64,000 based on location, with permanent full-time status and a standard full-time schedule.

As part of a dedicated team, you will perform detailed mental health screenings, crisis interventions and case management, while coordinating with treatment teams and community resources.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice: LISW, LPCC or IMFT in Ohio.
• Licensure by the Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board is required.

Responsibilities

• Completes detailed screens, mental health evaluations and crisis services within their scope of practice.
• Provides clinical direction to lower-level workers.
• May serve as treatment team coordinator and conduct advanced practice interventions as prescribed by the plan.
• Provides clinical case management and monitors offender compliance with treatment plans.
• Completes psychosocial assessments and discharge summaries; coordinates with families and community agencies.
