Salary Range- $31,200-$49,340 Salary Grade: NC02
This is a position at Piedmont Correctional Institution located in Salisbury, N.C. (Rowan County), which is a Medium male prison facility housing 800 inmates. Correctional Admissions Technician is responsible for the intake, initial assessment, and record‑keeping of newly sentenced individuals entering the state prison system. Position will report to the Correctional Senior Case Analyst.
Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required. Documented knowledge of the techniques of interviewing.
This is an anticipated vacancy. Position will be available 10/12/26.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
