Job summary

The Salvation Army Cambridge Corps is seeking a Corps Ministry Assistant to support leadership of programs, events, and activities. This role requires commitment to youth development and spiritual growth within a faith-based community.

Responsibilities include assisting with all Corps programs, driving tasks, and events coordination, while ensuring safety and professionalism. High school diploma and passing background checks are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication; able to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Must be responsible, accountable, respectful, positive role model.
• Must attend the Corps on Sundays.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in the total program with willingness to help in all areas as needed.
• Responsible for all Corps Programs in a leadership or advisory capacity.
• Assist with driving responsibilities as needed by the schedule.
• Maintain program space cleanliness and basic upkeep.
• Attend and contribute to General Staff & Ministry Team Meetings.
• Coordinate the Special Events calendar for the Cambridge Corps.
• Assist with Christmas Fundraising Efforts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
