U.S. Bank in Saint Paul, MN, seeks a Corporate Trust Financial Management Analyst3 to manage a portfolio of corporate and municipal bond clients, monitor activity, review documents, and ensure timely, accurate transactions.

You will process payments, respond to inquiries, balance funds for debt-service, and use Excel and internal systems to track accounts. Requires Associate's degree and 2–3 years of experience.

Formación

• Associate's degree or technical education, or equivalent work experience.
• Two to three years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day financial activity for an assigned portfolio of Corporate Trust clients.
• Complete standard daily reports and monitor cash positions, account activity, and items requiring attention.
• Review and interpret governing documents to identify payment requirements and other instructions.
• Process invoice payments, recurring payments, requisitions, taxes, insurance, and other disbursements.
• Respond to customer questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Collect and prepare funds for scheduled debt-service payments.
• Execute debt-service activity, with increased payment volume around month‑end.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met.
• Use Excel and internal systems to track account and transaction information.
• Balance recurring responsibilities with changing client and business needs.
