Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical education, or equivalent work experience.
• Less than two years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of investments, accounting transactions, and client service.
• Ability to interpret bond financing documents.
• Strong mathematical calculation ability (percentages, ratios).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Trust/Bond accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cash and asset management of trust accounts, including monitoring balances and asset valuations.
• Interpret bond financing documents to determine cash and asset movements.
• Prepare trust accounting entries and debt retirements.
• Coordinate with units to ensure cash/asset procedures meet legal requirements.
• May involve direct client interaction.
