Job summary

Rezult Group is seeking a Corporate Translator to translate documents, training materials, and e-learning content from English to Spanish. You will ensure cultural and contextual accuracy while maintaining corporate branding across Word, PowerPoint, Articulate, and InDesign.

Minimum requirements include fluent bilingual skills, 2+ years of corporate translation experience, and proficiency with Articulate tools and Microsoft Office. Location: Lakeland, FL with onsite or remote options.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• 2+ years of Spanish translation in corporate environment.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience translating in Articulate; Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Articulate 360.
• 2+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Current active access to Adobe Creative Cloud Programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Accurately translate documents, presentations, and e-learning modules from English to Spanish, ensuring that all text is culturally and contextually appropriate for the target audience.
• Translation of training and corporate communications in Microsoft Word, Articulate Storyline, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint for translating interactive learning content.
• Proofread and edit translations to ensure high-quality, error-free content.
• Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project managers to understand the context and requirements of each translation project.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• 2+ Years of Spanish Translation in corporate environment.
• 2+ Years of hands-on experience translating in Articulate; Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Articulate 360.

Preferred Certifications and Experience:

Attention to Detail and Quality Assurance: Experience in proofreading and editing translated materials, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance to produce error-free, high-standard documents.

2+ Years of Experience in End Design: Proven track record in handling end design processes, including complex document layout, visual presentation, and integrating translated content into design templates, maintaining professional standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Translation or related analytical field or equivalent experience Location: Onsite or Remote - Lakeland, FL
