Oberman Law Firm, a Georgia-based corporate transactional practice, is seeking a motivated Attorney Associate to manage day-to-day client needs, draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements, and support partners on complex matters.

The role offers hands-on mentorship, formal attorney training, and a structured development program, with an emphasis on building a long-term practice and client base. Compensation is market-competitive with uncapped earning potential and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia (or eligible for prompt admission) is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business, corporate, or transactional law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, managing communications, deadlines and deliverables.
• Independently manage a caseload of business and corporate matters under partner supervision.
• Provide timely, practical, and business-oriented legal advice tailored to each client's industry.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships characterized by responsiveness and trust.
• Maintain organized case files, matter budgets, engagement letters, and billing records.
• Track matter status and communicate progress, risks, and next steps.
• Identify opportunities to expand the scope of service for existing clients.
