Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate and/or transactional legal experience.
• Active Georgia Bar admission required.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial and transactional agreements.
• Experience with corporate governance, entity matters, M&A, or related transactional work.
• Ability to independently manage matters and day-to-day client needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound business judgment and attention to detail.
• Client-service mindset with comfort developing direct client relationships.
• Interest in building a long-term practice and contributing to firm growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to contribute to practice growth.
