The Firm is currently seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney with 3-4 years' experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams.

We are seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney with 3-4 years of relevant experience to provide legal support and guidance on a wide range of corporate transactions and matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, private placements of securities, entity formation and structuring, both corporate, LLC and partnerships, joint ventures, general contract negotiations and general corporate governance and advice. Other specialties unique to the candidate are also welcome.

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 per year
