Latitude is seeking corporate transactional attorneys with mergers and acquisitions and private equity experience. Candidates may work remotely from any location in the United States. Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of an AmLaw 200 firm is preferred.

Requirements for the Corporate M&A Attorney (Remote):

• 4+ years of M&A and private equity experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
• Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of an AmLaw 200 firm is highly preferred
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Position Details of the Corporate M&A Attorney (Remote):

• Type of role: Engagement or Permanent
• Schedule: Flexible (full-time, part-time or anywhere in-between)
• Location: Remote
• Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive and commensurate with experience, full benefits
  
  

Compensation

• Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $170,000-$225,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, and market supply/demand.
• Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude Attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401K plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
