Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR to conduct training needs assessments.
• Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth organizational transition.
• Incorporate technology and e-learning platforms to enhance training delivery and accessibility.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
